There many great financing options available to the customers of Susquehanna Modular Homes, Inc.  The two most popular right now are the 100% financing through the Rural Housing Loan Program and 97% Financing  through PHFA Keystone Home Loan Program.  There are also two grants available.  They are the Growing Homeowners Initiative Program for up to $7,500 towards closing costs and the PHFA Homestead Grant for up to $15,000 if you build in Selected Luzerne County Communities.  And don't forget the First Time Homes Buyers Tax Credit is applicable to people who build Modular Homes.  To get more information about these programs and to see if you are eligible for them, stop by our model home today!!!
